Process Communication –
Cheryl's Communicator Type*
Test Date: December 2004
Everyone is a certain personality type – Reactor, Workaholic, Persister, Dreamer, Rebel, or Promoter. We develop Personality Types early in life, and that doesn’t change. These Personality Types have strengths and weaknesses; positive attributes, and under stress, negative behaviors.
The more we know about ourselves and our needs, the more ways and means we’ll have to generate interactions. Everyone will also have some characteristics of each of the Personality Types. Just like preferences in houses, so do we prefer certain Personality Type architecture. Some of us will build a foundation and never want another floor. If we fall into this category, then we would seem to fit the description of the pure Personality Type.
Cheryl your Personality Pattern Inventory computer printout the following Personality Type(s) best described which floor or phase you currently inhabit.
